GOLS provides modern language courses, specialized technical training, certified translation services, as well as proofreading, correction, and language consultation. The terms, scope, and framework of each service are specifically adjusted according to each client’s request.

3. Service requests

Any request sent through our online forms, by email, or through our professional WhatsApp channel must include accurate and truthful information. GOLS reserves the right to request supporting documents or additional details before validating and starting the technical processing of any service.

4. Translation and documents

It is the client’s responsibility to submit source documents that are fully legible, complete, intact, and accurate. The turnaround time for translation or stylistic revision depends on the length, technical nature, and complexity of the texts, and is confirmed after the initial assessment.

5. Payment and confirmation

When a service involves fees, pricing and payment methods are communicated transparently before any work begins. GOLS may require a written agreement or an advance payment before opening a project or confirming enrollment in a training program.

6. Cancellation and modification

Any intention to modify or cancel an ongoing order must be communicated in writing as soon as possible. Refund or partial billing conditions depend strictly on the stage of progress reached at the time the request is received.

7. Limitation of liability

GOLS applies rigorous standards to ensure excellence and reliability in its language services. However, GOLS cannot be held responsible for administrative, legal, academic, or institutional decisions made by third parties such as ministries, embassies, universities, or courts after the delivery of translated documents or training services.

8. Ownership of content

The visual identity, graphic materials, original texts, structural elements, and logos published on this website are the exclusive property of GOLS or are used under authorized license. Any reproduction, extraction, or redistribution without prior written permission is prohibited.
